SwiftLedger provides professional bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll processing, financial consulting, and CRA audit support services to individuals and businesses in Canada. The specific scope, terms, and fees for each engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement or letter of engagement provided to the client prior to commencement of work.
Our services are provided in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) in Canada and applicable CPA professional standards.

You acknowledge that the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide directly impacts the quality and accuracy of our work. SwiftLedger shall not be held liable for errors or omissions resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
Our fees are outlined in the engagement letter or service agreement provided to each client. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable HST (13% in Ontario). We reserve the right to adjust our fees with thirty (30) days' written notice.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with our professional obligations as Chartered Professional Accountants and our Privacy Policy. We will not disclose your personal or financial information to any third party without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services (e.g., filing with the CRA).
All content on the SwiftLedger website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SwiftLedger Financial Services or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable engagement letter or service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and SwiftLedger regarding the subject matter herein. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
